• (4) Porch Posts and (6) unique arched supports are provided and may be assembled in several different ways...you get to choose!
• Oversized eaves, detailed eave brackets and numerous exposed rafter ends are all pre-cut
• Roomy front porch, heavy porch posts and railings, shallow pitched roof and large attic dormer
• Detailed, printed window panes
• Adjustable room sizes - dividers can be placed where desired and accept standard 1/2 inch scale interior doors (like Houseworks H6007)
• Smooth wooden shingles are included for the roof
• Edge trims are supplied in lengths

Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
